Refunds and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if there is an issue.

If it is necessary to return the product, a refund will be issued once the item is received at Alphadeals in the condition in which it was purchased. All returns MUST have prior authorization via email or phone from our customer service staff.  Buyers pay return shipping cost in most circumstances.

No refunds or exchange if it states in the listing AS IS or ALL SALES FINAL
